Sabrina Maulucci has always been a design lover. At the age of 8, Sabrina would draw floor plan upon floor plan of her dream home, and dream up new ways to rearrange her family’s home furniture. She took an interior design course through Fanshawe College soon after high school and has incorporated her love and knowledge of interior design and decorating into her successful business that launched in 2015. Through Sabrina’s creativity, passion for excellence and sense of style, she has established a reputable brand across Canada. In 2020 the Our Classic House brand was created and continues to evolve.

Sabrina is excellent with space planning, having a passion for designing based on both function and style. Sabrina’s first experience in the renovation design world was in 2017 when she planned a full 3,400 sqft gut of an industrial building and transformed the space into a modern office space that included a warehouse, storefront, offices and common space. From this project, Sabrina realized her design strengths and learned from the renovation process.

In 2019, Sabrina dreamed of flipping her single-car garage into a mudroom and entryway in her family home. This renovation was the
start of transforming that 1980’s house into
a classic and modern open-concept home for
her family of 5. The 700 sqft 
main floor project in 2020 was the biggest and
most complex project to date, which invigorated
Sabrina’s passion for creativity. Sabrina planned
the kitchen from start to finish, and worked
alongside a kitchen company to ensure the
envisioned design aesthetic was not lost. She researched and sourced every last piece that made up the total design and brought different textures and elements together for a cohesive finished look. The 2020 project came together seamlessly and gave Sabrina the fuel she needed to begin working with friends and family on their own spaces.

After this renovation, Our Classic House Design was officially created, opening up the opportunity for clients to work with Sabrina and have their space intentionally designed with a fresh aesthetic to work for their own families. Since 2020, Sabrina has worked on several client projects ranging from virtual design across the country, new build full homes, main floor gut renovations, kitchen layouts and one room renovations. The process from start to finish is overseen and thoughtfully designed by Sabrina.

Sabrina is detail oriented, a good listener, who thinks outside the box and loves using her creative skillset to achieve the desired finished look in a room. Her vision becomes reality because of her drive, persistence and creative thinking. The Our Classic House Design style is classic-modern, bringing light, warmth and function to each space created.
